Six killed, 30 injured as Jaffar Express derails in Bolan

QUETTA: At least six passengers were killed and 30 others wounded when five bogies of the Jaffar Express derailed in Ab-i-gum area of Bolan district Tuesday.
The driver Muhmmad Ayub, assistant driver Waseem Iqbal and two policemen among those killed in incident of the train.
The incident took place due to the failure of train’s breaks when it was en route Rawalpindi from Quetta.
The victims are being shifted to hospitals in Quetta where an emergency has been declared in all hospitals.
The engine and five bogies were destroyed in the incident.
