Imran demands Army deployment in Punjab LG elections

LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan said that that indiscriminate anti-corruption drive in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has created panic the corrupt in the province.
The corrupt mafia has made union against anti-corruption campaign to make it controversial. “PTI belief on accountability across this is why the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ehtesab Commission has arrested a sitting minister over corruption charges and misused of powers,” said Imran Khan while addressing a press conference in Lahore.
Demanding local bodies elections under supervision of Army and rangers in Punjab, Imran Khan said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz can’t contest election with neutral empire. Killer of 17 people is Minister of Law in Punjab, said Khan.
He also alleged that PML-N did technical rigging in NA-122 constituency. “We are investigating vote shifting in NA-122. “PTI is verifying every single voter in NA-122. It will take time, but we will investigate and reveal the electoral fraud,” said Khan.
Rejecting allegation of fraud in party fund, Khan said that PTI is the only party which gets its accounts audited by A-Grade company and not just a single person like others. PTI is the only party which gets most funding from Pakistanis overseas.
