Dengue hits Kohat as four suspected cases recorded

KOHAT: As the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is fighting against deadly dengue outbreak in Malakand and Hazara Division, the dengue cases departed to Kohat Division.
At least four suspected dengue cases were reported in the Kohat district, said Medical Superintendent, District Headquarters Hospital, Dr Nasim Jan.
The cases were reported in Lachi area. Dr Haroon said that patients have been kept in the isolation ward of the DHQ. They were identified as patients have been kept in the isolation ward of the DHQ.
Those suffering from dengue fever were identified patients have been kept in the isolation ward of the DHQ.
Dengue cases has rampant in the KPK and as many as 1750 cases have been reported from the province so far, with worst affected of Malakand and Mansehra.
500 cases of dengue so far being reported from Mansehra alone.
